Behind every unforgettable journey, there’s a story and a team with a shared vision.
We are Fabio, Paolo (Cosimo), and Salvatore: three long-time friends, seasoned travelers, and passionate professionals who have dedicated their lives to hospitality, exploration, and cultural exchange.
Our paths crossed in the world of tourism and food service, and since 2015 we’ve been crafting authentic food tours in Naples and beyond, sharing our love for places, people, and flavors that most travelers never get to experience.
With decades of international experience — from Scotland to California, from the Amalfi Coast to New York — we’ve learned that true travel is never about checking boxes.
It’s about connection.
Our mission?
To take you beyond the obvious. To reveal the hidden gems, the soulful traditions, and the everyday beauty of local life. To help you taste, feel, and understand a place — not just visit it.
All while having fun, eating well, and creating stories you’ll want to tell for years to come.
Welcome to our world. Let’s explore it together.

Born in 1971, I’ve journeyed through various professional worlds, always guided by curiosity, dedication, and passion.
After earning my diploma as a Tour Guide and Resort Representative from Hendon College in London, I spent years working in the hospitality industry — a path that led me to meet and, eventually, grow to love like brothers Paolo (affectionately known as Cosimo) and Salvatore. Together, we shared intense work experiences, always approached with obsessive commitment and true team spirit.
But life has a way of surprising us, and mine took a turn into the world of IT, where I found a new direction and personal fulfillment.
Still, true bonds never fade: in 2014, Cosimo and I reunited to launch a gastronomic tour project in Naples, which we carried out with enthusiasm and great success until 2016.
Today, once again, life has brought us — Cosimo, Salvatore, and me — back together to breathe life into a dream that combines all our passions: tourism, gastronomy, freedom, and a never-ending desire to discover and share.

Born in the charming village of Vitulano, nestled in the hills of southern Italy, Paolo (Cosimo) has always carried a deep curiosity for the world beyond.
His journey began in Scotland, where he joined the family’s restaurant business in Edinburgh, and continued across the globe — from the United States to Australia, France, Ireland, and the UK — embracing every destination as a chance to grow, connect, and refine his passion for hospitality.
After two enriching years in Los Angeles, he fulfilled a lifelong dream by opening his own restaurant, Trattoria Martone, in Fairfield, California — a celebration of authentic Italian cuisine and warm, welcoming service.
Yet, beyond food, Paolo (Cosimo) has always been captivated by the art of travel.
Today, he brings his international experience, love for cultural exchange, and unmistakable southern charm to every guest who joins our tours — ensuring not just a journey, but a story worth telling.

I was born on December 3rd, 1968, in Campania — a region I’m deeply connected to and proud to call home.
My passion for history, culture, and travel began early in life. The first stop on my journey was Germany, but it was just the beginning of a long adventure. I explored Italy extensively before moving to New York, where I spent two years working in the restaurant industry. From there, I headed to the United Kingdom, where I spent 13 years between England and Scotland, continuing my work in kitchens and dining rooms.
It was in Scotland that I met Fabio and Paolo — and a beautiful friendship was born, built on shared values and a mutual love of travel.
Today, I work as a tour leader in my beloved Campania, guiding travelers through the natural, historical, and culinary treasures of this extraordinary region — with a special passion for the Amalfi Coast.
I can’t wait to share with you all the wonders this little corner of paradise has to offer.
